Matthew's Pictures

Thank You!

I just want to say thank you to everyone!
For your continued prayers, support, words of encouragement, stories, advice, and everything else you have had to offer! I would hope that any parent who has to go through the pain of preparing to lose a child or losing a child would have as many caring people as we do behind us.

Lord, I thank you and I praise you for the time you have given us so far with our precious son! We will continue to cherish each day until You decide that the time has come. We feel blessed to be Matthew's parents and love him so very deeply.

Hi there,

I got your blog through somebody else's blog...First of all, I wanted you to know that you have another family here praying for you guys! And I also wanted to comment on your gorgeous pregnancy pics! You look beautiful and you have the most precious family..

It breaks my heart with each new family I meet, knowing that grief and uncertainty bring us together...but praise God that we can lean on one another - mother to mother, "sister to sister"...

We lost our precious baby girl when she was 5 months old after a very long struggle. Liberty spent 4 months in the hospital and then we were blessed with her last month at home with us. She passed away on October 27, 2007 - the day before my 25th birthday. Grief has been completely confusing at times, but it is so nice to have friends here on 'blog-land' to help get through the hardest days.

My family and I will be praying and praying for you. I am also going to give your blog to a friend of mine named Darla. She lost her sweet baby boy when before he was a month old - together we are thinking of starting a blog together to help mommies just like yourself - to cover you in prayer! Blog or not - we WILL be praying!

God bless you hun...I wish I could reach out and give you a hug because my heart just aches for you tonight. I would love to keep in touch with you - so if you ever feel like talking just send me an email or visit my blog...My email is momleavingalegacy@yahoo.com

In His Love,
Kelly and Family

Jenn,

I found your blog through a comment you left on the O'Brien's blog.

I just wanted you to know that i will be praying for you guys and for your sweet Matthew. I delivered my son, Isaac, this past October 7. He lived for 16 minutes before going to be with Jesus. At my 12 week u/s, teh tech found some concerning anomalies, and through various fetal testing, we found out that his anomalies were most likely fatal. We continued the pregnancy to term, and Isaac was born via c-section at 36 1/2 weeks. He was absolutely beautiful, and I wouldn't trade that time with him for anything.

I just wanted you to know that I am praying, and that I am here if you ever want to chat. You're welcome to e-mail me at coolteacher79 at yahoo.com and you can check out my blog at http://sgirl79.blogspot.com .

Praying for you...

~ Stacy

Hey Jenn, it's me again. I was wondering if it will be ok for me to post a link to your blog so that some of my friends could be praying for you all. I sure have been thinking of you. If you'd like to keep up by email some, my email is usfive@mchsi.com. My sister and your mom use to email quite a bit. I'd love to keep up with you. Several years ago my husband's brother and his wife lost a baby girl when she was 6 months into the pregnancy. So I don't personally know the heartache you must be feeling, but I have seen it through my sil's eyes.

Found your blog through the obrien family's, larson's blog. Yours is one of the first that Ive come across that speaks from the place of anticipating the death of your baby before it is born. I remember that feeling! Wow, such a precious time to cherish your child's life. I will keep in touch and read more. My prayers are with you that you and your family are filled with the strength and peace of God.
